Wfac Cameroon is a feminist and advocacy organization working with and for women and girl's sexual Reproductive Health and right, leadership and development. Wfac Cameroon is offering a job opportunity for the post of a Program Officer.

Program management, strategy and oversight entails managing the day-to-day activities of the organization, prompt and adequate delivery and realization of results. Annual planing and oversight of the organization's affairs.

Organization strengthening, movement building and Advocacy ensured to mobilize, design, develop and facilitate interventions to strengthen organizational capacity, staff performance for the realization of Wfac's vision.

Strategic Partner and Representation to identify , develop network mapping and build credible work relation and partnership with UN, Government, civil society organizations in support of gender programs. Represent the organization in national and international forums, while advocating for the Wfac's mandate.

Knowledge Exchange, M and E and Social Networking will support and enhance a better management of the organization, develop tools such as policies, articles, reports as well as lead effective monitoring system for results delivery.

Resource Mobilization and Sustainability so as to identify new approach and projects, development and submit funding proposals as well as mobilize resource for the implementation of these programs for results and where necessary a donor report.

Supervisory Role involves supervising and motivating staff and volunteers as assigned by the organization as well as prepare performance report of staff and volunteers.

Other Functions are to manage activities assigned and or designated by the Executive Director.
