Commonly called the American lottery or the green-card lottery is a by chance free entry to the United States where applicants are selected at random. Except countries that have already sent more than 50000 people to the states over the past 5 years are deemed unqualified to participate. The US President, D Trump is today bent to wipe off the history of the American lottery. Many Americans have supported their President while others still sees it as a joke.
Trump started pronouncing the end of the DV lottery by late 2017 after a few terror attacks  recorded in New York and across the States. It was a Muslim from Uzbekistan that carried out the attack.

During D Trump's campaign, he was always against Muslims because of many suicidal bombings in and out of American. He finally said that "those who win the lottery always end up trying to bring their families to the US who today are causing Havocs". Trump has been battling with many issues, like the cancellation of the digital visa lottery, the North Koreans' intercontinental ballistic missile programs and his recent "shithole" countries in which he referred mostly to Africans, Haitians e.t.c many have called him a "racist" because of his words. There are States in different so-called shithole countries in the world e.g Abuja or Lagos, Nigeria that are more better that tens of states in the United States.

Finally Trump tweeted the end of the American lottery which has been a dream to many in the third world countries. Note the dv lottery was designed for such people who were unable to travel to the states. Trump today needs a merit based program and not a by chance travel. Where applicants have to present a certain level of education, age, experience and others. Even many who entered the States through the work visa are still afraid, especially Indians who are today the backbone of America's tech industries. The unanswered question is, did those who applied this year still going to feel the American dream or not? Or all is cancelled.

Israel has warned thousands of Africans especially singles to leave its territory by the end of March, 2018 or face jail if refused.
Sabine Hadad when interviewed, told the media that they started issuing migrants letters advising them to leave before the 60th day. Any African who is listening to a filed asylum but haven't got a message yet should quite the country as well or face jail or expulsion.
Victims of slavery or human trafficking are under the same plan.

Early January, the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu announced and immplemented a plan on the deportation of 38 000 migrants who live illegally in Israel. The authority is offering those who agree to leave a grant of $3500, a flight ticket and help with obtaining travel documents.

Sabine, the Immigration spokeswoman added that, if they not leave before deadline, the grant would be reduced and enforcement befalls them and their employers. Homelands of Sudan and Eritrea may be very dangerous for return.

The UN refugee agency has called on Israel to cancel the plan, saying that this plan is unsafe. Many in Israel from Africa are fleeing because of crimes or punishments against humanity which is very common in Africa today..
Finally this plan has not changed as the statement goes " Anyone recognized as a victim of slavery or human trafficking and those who had requested asylum by the end of 2017 but haven't gotten a response would also be exempted for now" Israeli immigration.

Scholars by early 2018 tried to convince the Israeli government to take some time or better think on the implementation of this plan. Others believe it could change as talks continue but this seems not obey their taughts.

Trump needs a particular immigrants to the united States. During his premier union address, he introduced an immigration reform plan that would finally end the green card and family based immigrants, bring downstream a merit based system. One must be good in very sensitive fields; like in science and technology including sports and nobel award winners.

There are online calculators to test your qualification when it comes to immigrating to such countries. The applicant may have to process his/her papers from day one to almost six months as the case of Canada. Trump's immigration policies may reduce the State's workforce in the future like what Canada is facing today.

A US Nevy spy plane Came face to face with Russian fighter get and almost to the point of a head-on collision. The Russian SU Flanker intercepted a US EP-3 Aries ll  aircraft flying over the black sea to almost a 5 feet from each other, US officials.
The US department of state stated that, the US aircraft was operating strictly under international laws which is what Russia is used to disregarding.

The department of state also pin points the 1972 Agreement for the prevention of incidents on and over the high seas, an agreement both countries signed to avoid any collision in the air and sea.
According to CNN, it lasted for almost three hours, the US Navy tell CNN, they finally ended their mission on a block edge in order to avoid crashes, a safety precautions
. The Russia's Defense military responded they were following international laws as well.

The Russia fighter jet buzzed the US Navy reconnaissance plane at 1:00 pm on the 29-01-18 as it was flying over the neutral waters of the black sea, the Russian defense said " the Russian fighter jet finally flew over the object and visually identified it as an American aircraft" reads the phrase.

Even the US naval forces Europe representatives, the Russian SU-27 took a hard right to left run on the EP-3's right side bringing it from the EP's wingtip. The plane entered its path, causing it to causing violent turbulence onboard.
Note that any small interception can have dangerous consequences especially at aircrew. The US Navy said that " there is no margin for error and insufficient time and space for our aircrew to take correct action" Bill Ellis
It is an unusual event where the US keep complaining of a Russian aircraft flying close to an American military aircraft.
The quest is, were both parties going high seas for the same purpose?

In 2009, Bitcoin was launched at $0.0 cost. It was completely a new concept to humanity, just like it is today to billions of people the world over and probably its new to you too. In 2010, Bitcoin started gaining some value around $0.10, up to $ 0.31 in 2011.

But amazingly in 2012, there was an exponential growth in value to $1200. During this period, bitcoin is said to have created a billionaire and over 200 millionaires. A few people at this time began to realise real power and essence of digital cash and started using it, making it more demanded and more valuable.

People like Bill Gates and Richard Brandon and other powerful entrepreneurs, business muguls began to see the future in digital currency, and took deep interest in it. The value has fluctuated over the years but it has increased over time.

Today, bitcoin sells around over $10000 per coin in a short few years all the way from $0.10 in 2010, and this after it has taken some corrections in value from $19000 in December, 2017. January 2017, bitcoin traded at $1000. Imagine a huge jump today.
If you had invested $100 in bitcoin in 2010, you would have got around 1000 bitcoins. Today, your 1000 bitcoin would be worth $10.9M =N3.9 in Nigeria and 5.5 billion francs CFA. Inspite of price volatility, bitcoin continue to be the most valuable and sought after asset in the world with experts predicting a value of $25 k in 2018.

It is not difficult to see that this is achievable. This is a strong wake call for everyone still sitting on the fence. More and more people are realizing the transformational power of digital currency and are trading their fiat currency for it. I have talked more on bitcoin which is just an application of blockchain. A blockchain, originally is a continuously growing list of records, called blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptographs. Before now blockchain was meant to for digital currency only, but right now there are other applications of this technology.
