👉Start with just a little you have. Don't borrow because you wanna start at the top. What if it fails? You will still borrow to payback.

👉Stop interacting with lazy people. They are simply a disease in every face of business.

👉Listen to great success ideas especially on YouTube and if you have a chance to meet one then great.

👉When you hear of failure from a friend about a business you are exited to share it. Study it instead.

👉Don't spend to show off  to people that you're a big gun. Spend because it's necessary.

👉To succeed you just need to start it. Take your time and attend business events. Good motivators are always there.

👉Know that you are aging and your kids are growing. You need to give them the best they deserve.

👉Stop being happy when people call it a scam. Do your own research.

👉 Keep 8hrs as your resting time and 16 for business and God. Note that a baby must sleep for 16hrs a day. Don't sleep like this baby.

👉A degree doesn't make you successful. Start anything if your certificate hasn't given you a job for now.

What You Need To know About NonFarm Payrolls Today The 4th December, 2020.

Today we will see the last US non-farm payrolls of this year. Are you excited? This is your lucky chance to follow the change in the employment data of the biggest economy – be sure you are well prepared for it! 

The release is expected at 15:30 MT (GMT+2) time (13:30 CAT) . Keep in mind that there will be three indicators published at the same time: non-farm payrolls (NFP), an unemployment rate and average hourly earnings. 

This powerful combination tends to make the US currency volatile right after the announcement. According to the forecasts, the US economy added 480 000 jobs last month. 

At the same time, the unemployment rate is forecast to show yet another drop and reach 6.8%. The average hourly earnings are expected to rise by 0.1%.

Right now, the USD is swimming in the multi-year lows. Thus, the positive figures may be important for the USD bulls. 

Remember that higher NFP and lower unemployment rate will push the greenback up! The alternative scenario, however, will pull it down. Follow EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY and gold to take the maximum advantage out of upcoming data!

31st Oct. 2020 Cameroon Mourns In respect of the 7 kids School killed in Kumba

Today the 31st Oct. 2020 the entire nation is mourning following the school shootings. 

Flags across Cameroon are being flown at half mast today - in solidarity with seven students killed in a Kumba school shooting, exactly one week ago.

The day was declared national mourning day by President Paul Biya following the school massacre in the Kumba, a town in the country's restive South West region.

A special programme has been scheduled at the Military Headquarters in Yaounde to observe the national mourning.

Till date no party has declare responsible for the shooting. This week the hashtag #endanglophonecrisis has gone viral on the internet but no action taken.

Since 2016, the Anglophone part of the country has suffered violence on both fronts, some accounted and others without noticed. The international community has called on both the separatists and the Cameroon government to seek for lasting solutions to no avail.

In the middle of the year, 5 kids were killed in Ngarbuh and after a proper investigate, the act was carried out by the Cameroon forces.

My name is Daphne NJIE Efundem. I was raped as a child by someone whom I  don’t remember. I have lived through a series of depressions, anxiety and panic attacks and a deterioration of my health due to the trauma I’ve been through. 

I suffer from panic attacks and throw up every time I try to get intimate because I get the strong smell of his sweat and flashbacks of the scene.After my first relationship ended I couldn’t forgive myself for letting a man into me again. Things got worse when someone I confided in said to me “look at this one who doesn’t even remember who took her virginity” at that point I shot down completely. . I felt like a dirty, worthless thing . 

In 2013 I was diagnosed with a medical condition but could not get treatment due to my fear of penetration of anything into my vagina. I have dated a number of guys who couldn’t understand why I couldn’t have sex. Some of them thought i was Lesbian, some thought I had sold my vagina demonically for success in my career, some just believed that as an artist I was sleeping around thus the reason why I couldn’t have sex with them. It’s been almost ten years since I had sex. 

My health got worse over the years.In the end of 2018 I was rushed to the hospital after fainting from acute pain and after analysis the doctor said the most important test for my condition couldn’t be conducted because I was suffering from “Vaginismus”.

He referred me to a psychologist/psychiatrist Dr Eyoum were I started therapy. Through therapy I have been able to overcome my depressions, I’m less anxious, more confident in who I am and in my abilities. By cutting of my hair , I threw away everything that hindered my growth in one way or another ( though it was also done in support of a strong Woman fighting with Cancer).I can say I’m “born again” ready to be a woman again,assertive, assuming, fearless , fully empowered and empowering.

I am still work in progress but quite optimistic. Today I call on you all to follow my foundation @bewomanbydaphne on Instagram and Black Empowered woman on Facebook, together let’s fight against this increasing evil act of rape and sexual abuse and encourage mental and psychological health care through therapy to enable our girls and women who are victims of this act to grow without a hindrance  in their development and emancipation.
