The latest FIFA rankings of the month were dashed out yesterday the 12th of April, 2018 by the football governing body FIFA. Each month FIFA gathers information on the performances of national teams in continental and intercontinental competitions not letting out friendlies and qualification matches at all levels.

This FIFA classing is simply a means of giving out such a data classing the best teams at the top and least teams at the bottom. The top 10 teams are of seven European nations and three south American nations. Europe remain the best football hub in the world followed by South America, Africa, North America, Australia and Asia.

It is a big surprise for Tunisia to occupy the 14th position this month. This should be the first Africa nation to have stepped to this position for about 2 decades. The rest of the African nations have simply done their worst this month though Senegal and Tunisia didn't flush everything to the floor.

What about the power house of football in Africa? Cameroon, Algeria, Nigeria, Cote D' Ivoire, Egypt Gabon behind Estonia at 92 position and India in front of Libya really proves that African football needs a new strategy.

The UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School is offering a free and full scholarships for MBA international students. This is a merit-based scholarship and it takes charge of both tuition and fee.

The scholarship

Application Deadline: The application deadline is the 27th of April, 2018 and courses are available for pursuing MBA program. The scholarships are only awarded in the field of business administration.

Scholarship award: The merit-based scholarship covers up to 100% for MBA full-time students. The available number of scholarships is not known. The scholarship must be taken in Ireland.

Who can apply

Eligible countries: International students are eligible to apply.
