The scholarship

Application Deadline: The application deadline is the 27th of April, 2018 and courses are available for pursuing MBA program. The scholarships are only awarded in the field of business administration.

The UN paid volunteers program contributes to peace and development through volunteering throughout the world. The UN work with skillful partners to bring out a highly motivated well and well supported UN volunteers into development program and global volunteering.

UN volunteering is represented in about 130 countries yearly. It is administered by the UN development program and reports to the UNDP Executive board.

UNV helps the UN through intergovernmental organisations to accomplish its mission. The volunteers are assigned to host UN agencies to work on front lines of political, development and humanitarian domains.

A volunteer's work

He/she enables people to be involved in humanitarian, peace building and post-conflict recovery as well as sustainable development and poverty alleviation.

They also advocate volunteerism and civic engagement in peace and development either in your home country or in a foreign country.

UNV may perform a wide range of duties as in the fields of ; climate change adaptation, human rights, peace building, youth engagement, primary health care and many others. You may work on UN agencies or organisations.

Yanshan University Scholarships for International students in China, 2018/2019 Academic year.

The Yanshan University scholarships are open for international students in China for the 2018/2019 academic year. Yanshan University is located in Hebei Street West Section, Quihuangdao, Hebei, China.

The University has a student body of about 39,000 students and a qualified staff of 3200. The scholarship is valid for 4 years and extended for 1 year Chinese language.

Scholarship

The application deadline is the 20th of May each year. The scholarships are available for pursuing Masters but there are links to Undergraduate and PhD scholarships below.
Scholarships are offered in the courses offered by Yanshan University. Check the application link below for the courses offered by the University.

The number of scholarships are not known and all scholarships must be taken in China.
First-class scholarships will cover tuition fee, registration fee, accommodation fee only for those who wish to live on campus.

Second-class scholarships will only cover the registration fee and tuition fee.

Who can apply

Non-Chinese students with foreign passports and of good health can apply.

Applicants for this scholarship must be less than 35 years and holders of a Bachelor's degree.

Awardees of Governments scholarships, Confucius Instutute scholarships and other schoarships will not be accepted.
