Why are Cameroonians seeking for a refuge in Nigeria?

Following  the crackdown in the two anglophone regions of the country (South West and North West regions). According to the Anglophone society, they are being marginalised, in all aspects of life, owing to the fact that they are the minority with a population of about 6,3 million inhabitants out 23,4 million in the country. Others complained the government wants to francophonize their regions as the government keep sending francophones to their courts and schools who do not master the common law and the anglo-saxon education system respectively. " they don't understand nor speak good English and want to judge and teach our children" said J.Ayeah and inhabitant of the NW region.

On the 22nd of September and the 1st of October 2017 there were clashes between the government forces and the peaceful protesters leading to more the 20 deaths and about 250 arrests according to the UN refugee Agency. This was the day set by SCACUF as a birthday to a new state in Africa called Ambazonia but was disrupted with live bullets. That's why today others are heading for Nigeria as refugees.
Earlier this week about 30,000 refugees are expected to migrate to the Cross River state according to Nigeria Immigration Services.
The comptroller General of Immigration Mohammed Babandede, on Wednesday said out of the 40,000 refugees expected to migrate to Nigeria as projected by the UN Refugee Agency, Cross River State is expected to play host to 30,000 displaced persons.
The Cross River state shares boundaries with S Cameroon. Babandede took a two day visit to the area and proclaimed his results that 300 refugees have already been registered. He insisted that the 40,000 was projected by the UNRA and 30,000 may obviously pass through the Cross River state.
"He placed assurance that the refugees should be well protected just as they did during the boko Haram in NE Nigeria."
 Ayade said, Nigeria has a duty to protect her Cameroonian neighbours in times of crisis insisting for a quick introduction of a visa-free entry by African countries to Nigeria.
The question is, who is chasing anglophones? If its the government then why?

Resubmit the American DV Lottery 2019

Dv American lottery cancelled.

The US DV Lottery that started on the 3rd of October 2017 and was aimed to end on the 7th of November 2017 had been cancelled. Those who submitted from the 3rd to the 10th must reapply. This cancellation was due to glitches on the dv website which was under maintenance.
The state department will send automated emails to eligible entrants who applied in early October, the state spokesperson Pooja Jhungjhunwala who also added that they will also work through their embassies and consulates to inform the new registration period using social media outlets. Yesterday the US embassy in Yaounde, Cameroon posted the recent dv immigrant green card updates to Cameroonian citizens. Though many from the third world may not get the information to reapply the states spokesperson fear.
It require a high school degree or a few years of work experience to qualify. The application starts today the 18th of October, 2017 and ends on the 22nd of November 2017. and the qualified entrants are expected to live their US dream by 2019.
Natives of all countries qualify to apply except Bangladesh, Canada, Brazil, China(mainland), Colombia, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, El salvado
Salvador, Haiti, Jamaica, India, Pakistan, Mexico, Peru, S Korea, the Philippines, UK(except northern Ireland) and its territories and Vietnam. People born in hong kong Macau and Taiwan are eligible.

African and FIFA Coca cola rankings October 2017

According to the FIFA Coca-Cola rankings yesterday the 16th of October 2017, the indomitable lions of Cameroon have rose from the 45th to the 42nd position with his Nigerian counterpart from the 44th to the 41st position. While Zambia also made it with one place from 78th to 77th. The sudden rise of the super Eagles is as a result of their qualification for the next year FIFA 2018 world Cup in Russia following the 1-0 win over Zambia on the 7th of October while Cameroon gained his 3 places following their 2-0 win over Algeria that same day in Yaoundé. Algeria have dropped 5 places from 62nd to 67th.
Here is the African rankings as of the 16th: 1st Tunisia 2nd Egypt 3rd Senegal 4th Congo DR 5th Nigeria 6th Cameroon 7th Morocco 8th Ghana 9th Burkina Faso 10th Côte d'ivoire.
Meanwhile the top ten ranked teams in the world, we have Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium, Poland, France, Spain, Chile, and Peru.
Before the Cameroon-Nigeria encounter in Uyo Nigeria, all minds knew that Cameroon was going to carry the day but nature changed hands. The Lions even in Y'de couldn't win against the Super Eagles. 80% of Cameroon fans along the streets of Yaoundé place blames on Hugo Broos whose contract has already expire a few months ago.
