African Player Of The Year 2018: Top 10 Finalists Already Known

The first list 2018 African player of the year composed of 34 players but yesterday 14th December the list was reduced to 10 by CAF (Confederation of African Football) for the successor of Mohamed Salah.
There is a big surprise that Kalidou Koulibaly considered as the best central defender in the world is not among same with the Liverpool(Guinean) Naby Keita.

Here is the list of the 10 finalists for the Ballon D'or Africain 2018.

7. Pierre Emerick Aubameyang (Gabon and Arsenal)
8. Riyad Mahrez (Algeria and Manchester)
9. Sadio Mane ( Senegal and Liverpool)
10. Walid Soliman ( Egypt and Al Ahly)

There are lots of controversies on who will carry the day between the top rivals of the Egyptian Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane of Senegal. The third option among the group is Emerick Aubameyang who plays for his national team Gabon and Liverpool.

The Top rivals this season have played the champions league finals though there is a higher probability on The Egyptian M Salah but Sadio may still create a genuine record on the day of the official voting.
